Dining At The Angel

The Angel serves an eclectic mix of traditional and modern British cuisine, prepared using classical French techniques.

Only the finest, seasonal ingredients are used in every dish on our menus.

Monday to Saturday, there is the Lunch Menu served between 12 noon and 3 pm, and the Evening Menu, served between 6 pm and 9.30pm.

A Set Menu of two or three courses is served from Monday to Thursday and we offer you a Sunday Menu served from 12 noon until 9 pm.

Our fine wines are representative of both the new and old worlds, and offer something for almost every palate.

The warm, relaxed bar, with comfy leather sofas, rustic oak tables & chairs and newspapers offer a perfect retreat in which to relax with a pint of real ale or cold glass of Chablis.
